YBNYer Jerzy Gwiazdowski spoke with artist Paul Ramirez Jonas about his "Key to the City" project in Times Square. The citywide public art project gives participants a key with access to open art spaces in all five boroughs. The Key to the City Kiosk in Times square in now closed, but the keys are said to be functional through Labor Day.
